Meet The Owner
Potter Risk Advisors, LLC, was created by Merle Jabr in 2012. Prior to our creation, Merle spent time working in the corporate environment in the areas of finance, human resources, sales, and client services. Officially joining the insurance industry in 2009, Merle began working for the world’s largest commercial brokerage. Within two short years, she was able to gain a leadership position with the southeast division of the construction services team. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, it was always Merle’s goal to create her own business. The goal has always been to develop a vision that brought client service back to the forefront of the industry while helping all facets of companies grow through a sound risk management program. By forming Potter Risk Advisors, Merle Jabr joined her values and business expertise with industry research and advice to create a solid risk management company that looks forward to the next 100 years of success and value in the community.
